Dan Walker

Dan Walker has been a personal trainer and group fitness leader since 2005.

Since a young adult he has had a keen interest in changing people's perspective on exercise and how we eat. Dan knows that not one body is the same as the next and everyone has different goals and motivators, and understanding these is key to progress and achieving what we want in health and fitness.

 

Dan has helped many people of all ages, genders and walks of live realise their potential, focus their mindset, achieve and maintain their health and fitness goals.
